Katlehong police were summoned to Sakhile informal settlement, in Katlehong, last Thursday, to investigate the death of a 38-year-old man.
Officers found the man lying naked outside a shack with injuries to his face, private parts and body.

Paramedics were called to the scene and declared the victim dead.
A 36-year-old woman was arrested for the crime.
“It is reported that the pair had been sleeping together.
“An alleged fight broke out between the pair before the incident,” explained Capt Mega Ndobe, corporate communication official for the Katlehong police.

The accused has since appeared in the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court on a charge of murder.
Her case was postponed until January 28.
The suspect will remain in police custody until her next appearance.
