In their continued effort to curb crime in their precinct, officers from the Katlehong SAPS Crime Prevention Unit conducted a stop-and-search operation, on Wednesday.
During the operation, six suspects were arrested.
The accused were charged with various offences.

Charges included theft, common assault, assault with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm and possession of drugs.
Katlehong SAPS acting station commander Col Doctor Sibuyi applauded the officers on a job well done.
All of the arrested suspects appeared in the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court where their cases were postponed for various reasons.
