The Germiston SPCA held a fun-filled Valentine’s Day fund-raising event recently.
Community members were given the opportunity to feed the dogs special home-made meals, and spend some time with them, giving them love and attention.
After the dogs were fed, the attention turned to the SPCA’s two barn owls that were ringed and released by members of owlproject.org.
Delina Chipape talked about the owls and answered community members’ questions.
