Despite the cloudy weather, motorcycle and tattoo enthusiasts from near and far travelled to Primrose to enjoy the 17th annual Ink&Iron Show at Hattingh Park recently. Among the guests enjoying the event was Kobie Delport, from Deuces MC, and his feathered hat.
What better combination than motorcycles and tattoos, and what better place to find them than at the annual Ink&Iron Show.
Johannesburg’s 17th annual show recently took place at Luso Africa’s grounds, Hattingh Park, Primrose East.
The event attracted over 3 000 motorcycle and tattoo enthusiasts from near and far, despite the chilly weather.
“We were very happy with the turnout on the day, considering the weather we had,” said Grant McNicol, on behalf of the Ink&Iron Show crew.
“We had over 3 000 visitors to the event, which isn’t too bad. It is down from our usual numbers, but we were happy.”
The first Ink&Iron Show was held at Magic’s Tavern in Walkerville in 2004.
