EMPD confiscate narcotics in Katlehong

The 26-year-old and 32-year-old were found hiding in Moleleki Extension 1 in Katlehong.

The EMDP Drug Enforcement Unit arrested two male suspects on April 8 in Katlehong for the possession of drugs.

They were found hiding in Moleleki Extension One.

Kobeli Mokheseng, spokesperson of the EMPD, said the suspects were in possession of nyaope and dagga.

“Ninety knotted plastic bags of nyaope and wrapped dagga were confiscated to the value of about R4 000,” said Mokheseng.

The suspects were also in possession of cash.

“The suspects are faced with charges of possession of drugs and possible dealing of illicit substances.”
