As of July 1, this site will be closed until further notice.
The City of Ekurhuleni (CoE) notified all users of Simmer and Jack landfill site situated in Primrose, Germiston, of a temporary closure.

CoE spokesperson Zweli Dlamini said all site users are advised to use Platkop landfill site near Suikerbosrand and Weltevreden in Brakpan.
