Essential service delivery will not be interrupted in Ekurhuleni during Easter

The City of Ekurhuleni vows to keep service delivery flowing efficiently during the Easter Holidays.

The City of Ekurhuleni hereby informs ratepayers that the Easter weekend closure of council offices will not affect the delivery of services.

Municipal offices will close on April 6 at 13:00, and reopen at 08:00 on April 11.

Emergency and key services like waste disposal, electricity and water delivery won’t be impacted at this time.

Residents are advised to call the following numbers if they encounter any unforeseen service interruptions:

Life Threatening Emergency Line: 011 458 0911/10177 or 112 from mobile phones.

Municipal services call centre: 0860 543 000.

Residents are also urged to settle their municipal accounts in the interim.
