Little Angels and SAPS bring Easter joy

Little Angels Day Care and Brackendowns SAPS visited seven schools in Thinasonke to hand out Easter joy.

The Little Angels Day Care held an Easter egg drive at their school to donate such eggs to the less fortunate schools.

They approached Brackendowns SAPS to collaborate on the project.

On March 30, Little Angels, members from Brackendowns Vispol (including the Vispol commander, the sector three manager, members from social crime prevention and CPF members) visited seven daycare centers in Thinasonke.
The group handed out Easter eggs, toilet paper and bandages.

“The team was received with open arms and many joyful little smiles,” said WO Gerhard Cornelius, spokesperson for Brackendowns SAPS.

“We also engaged with the little ones about ‘SAPS are your friends’ and 10111. Thanks to all role players involved from making the lives of these children a little better.”
