A truck has overturned just past the HF Verwoerd bridge.
A heavy vehicle loaded with tar has overturned on the R23 close to the HF Verwoerd bridge (next to Jordaanpark).
Witnesses say the truck was taking the off ramp to HF Verwoerd Street when he lost control, drove over the middle man and ended on his side in the opposite lane.
The two occupants escaped unscathed.
