Body of 4-year-old found next to Spaarwater Dam
The body of 4-year-old Bokamoso Tsotetsi, who went missing on October 5, were discovered next to Spaarwater Dam around 15:00 on October 6.
According to police spokesperson Sgt Harry Manaka, the girl was reported missing by her family when she did not return home after playing with other children in the street close to her home in Bluegumview on October 5.
“This resulted in a search for the missing girl which continued until the early hours of the morning. A passer-by discovered her body the following day, while walking beside the dam. He immediately reported it to SAPS Duduza,” Sgt Manaka said.
It is however, not yet clear exactly how the girl died and police are investigating a case of murder.
