The interruption is a result of a burst water pipe opposite Picanha Restaurant in Springs Road.
According to City of Ekurhuleni spokesperson Themba Gadebe, technicians are on site to repair the pipe, but complete restoration is expected to be on December 12.
Meanwhile, one water tanker will be stationed at Nigel Customer Care Centre where residents can fill up water bottles and containers for household usage.
The City of Ekurhuleni apologised to residents for the inconvenience caused.
