Heidelberg Hospital CEO celebrates birthday with the elderly

It was a double dose of joy at Heidelberg Hospital as the acting CEO of the facility, Lebo Khumalo, decided to celebrate her 41st birthday with a group of elderly people from Ratanda Old Age Home on March 25.

Khumalo was joined by her family members and Heidelberg Hospital staff and extended her gratitude towards Ratanda Old Age Home management for allowing her to share her special day with the older generation as they form part of the community that she serves as a public servant.

Before the birthday cake was cut, the elderly enjoyed breakfast with Khumalo and some of her hospital staff.

After breakfast, the Heidelberg Hospital team headed back to work, where Khumalo bumped into a second dose of joy with a surprise birthday party, which was organised by her colleagues as part of appreciating her for leading the institution with diligence.

Herman Mdinwa, finance manager of Heidelberg Hospital, wished Lebo Khumalo well at her birthday celebration held on March 25 at the Ratanda Old Age Home.
