Ntombizodwa Radebe

Ntombizodwa Mirriam Radebe, DA, Ward 98.

I am standing as the DA candidate because I believe in a non-racial society that affords all residents an opportunity to be what they would like to be, the freedom to be who they are and a fair environment that allows them to have access to quality services.

I would like to drive issues around housing and access to the adequate and constant delivery of services to the community of Ward 98.

I believe that it is time that the residents of Ward 98 experience the DA difference – residents deserve to live in a ward where things get done.

I am incredibly passionate about uplifting the community. As such, I have been running a crèche in the area since 1995 that allows orphaned children to also attend.

I also assist child-headed households to apply for aid and social grants. In my spare time, I run a food security project where I teach members of the community to start food gardens in order to survive.

I am a great team player, well-organised and I work well under pressure.

Through regular community meetings and community engagements, I want to work to ensure service delivery issues are resolved timeously.

Ward councillor candidates were invited to submit photographs and write-ups. Some candidates had not submitted information as requested.
