Over the weekend of June 10 to 12, the SAPS in the Sedibeng district worked alongside various law enforcement agencies and CPFs.
The result was a resounding success as 90 suspects were arrested for various crimes.
Offenders arrested included driving under the influence, possession of stolen property, possession and dealing of narcotics, illegal immigrants, contravening a protective order, in possession of unlicensed firearms, house break-in, cable theft, selling liquor without a license, assault, vehicle theft, fraud, malicious damage to property, robbery, shoplifting, murder, attempted murder, rape, gender-based violence and selling of illegal cigarettes.
They will appear in the various courts soon.
