Something for everyone at GR Landmark & Feeds’ annual market day

This year's market day promises to surpass all expectations.

GR Landmark & Feeds’ third annual market day is just around the corner and is guaranteed to be a great shopping extravaganza.

The event will be held from 07:30 to 14:00 on October 28 at GR Landmark & Feeds at 2 Albert Street.

It promises to be a day of fun-filled activities and a vast array of unique products.

With more than 60 suppliers participating, there will be something for everyone.

Most of the suppliers will set up a gazebo with displays and experts will be available to demonstrate, give advice and explain their product ranges.

Some suppliers will be available in-store and suppliers like Ingco, Pferd, Flex, Ruwag, Pinnacle and Matus (with ranges like Matweld, Matair and Hikoki) will bring their demo vans and experts to showcase equipment and products.

Whether you are searching for a range of tools, irrigation fittings for your farm, garden or home, pest control, plant nutrition, high-quality feed for all breeds of pets and farm animals, hardware, paint, or simply looking to enjoy a day out with friends and family, the market day is the place to be.

In addition to the shopping extravaganza, the market will feature entertainment for the kids from face painting to sand art. There will be no shortage of smiles and laughter throughout the day.

The younger visitors can enjoy bouncy castles and pony rides, creating unforgettable memories. Come and meet the team from Paws4U with their therapy dog.

No event is complete without delicious food. RVLTN Coffee Shop is setting up a pop-up shop where you will get the best coffee in town.

Pienkie Ponkie Nursery School will be offering delicious take-away meals and pancakes.

There will be a lucky draw taking place on the day. To enter simply visit the supplier stands.

The first prize is a holiday worth R50 000, the second prize is an Ingco generator worth R10 000, the third prize is a 2 500lt Africa water tank, the fourth prize is a R3 000 in-store cash voucher from Sephaku Cement and the fifth prize is a R2 000 in-store cash voucher from Top Paints.

Customers spending more than R800 in-store on the day will get the opportunity to pop a balloon to win their share of the more than 120 prizes and giveaways sponsored by the different suppliers to the value of around R150 000.

But that’s not all. The event is not just about shopping and fun. It’s about fostering a sense of community and giving back.

The GR Landmark suppliers have each donated a bag of dog food to the Heidelberg SPCA, and together one ton of dog food will be donated.

So, mark your calendars, bring your friends and family and join in the fun and discover all that market day has to offer.
