SAPS enlightens learners at JJ Masipa School

The Ratanda SAPS spoke to learners about various crimes.

The Ratanda SAPS is visiting schools in the area as part of a safety campaign.

On November 2, they visited JJ Masipa School Technical Occupational School.

Social Crime Prevention coordinators and representatives from the Department of Community Safety, crime prevention wardens and patrollers spoke at the school about topics including bullying, sexual crimes, assault, substance abuse and human trafficking.

Officers searched over 200 learners for illegal items possibly brought onto the premises.
