Dogs bring joy to seniors
Members from the East Rand Seniors' Club enjoyed another meeting at the Boksburg Central Methodist Church recently where they were entertained by JOY Dogs.
The JOY Dogs, Orion, Jade and Yola, are primarily therapy dogs and spread joy wherever they go.
During the event, the senior citizens enjoyed seeing the friendly English sheepdogs do cute tricks.
To make the visit even more interesting, their owner, Sue Green, demonstrated how she makes wool from her pooches’ fur.
East Rand Seniors’ Club meets at the church every third Thursday of the month.
