Heidelberg athletes push limits at Sasolburg Marathon

Heidelberg Athletes Club delivered a stunning performance at the Sasolburg Marathon on March 29, with 25 runners representing the club in various events.

The athletes put their endurance to the ultimate test in the 10km, 21km and 42km races.

Driven by their determination to meet their target times, the runners pushed themselves to their limits. Their hard work and commitment to their fitness paid off, as several athletes achieved impressive new personal bests.

Standout performances from Heidelberg athletes included Phumlisa Papa’s sixth-place finish in the 21km senior category and Fumane Ngobeni’s third place in the 10km open category for women.
