The project involves replacing an ageing electrical panel and installing a new unit, along with mechanical modifications to improve the system’s efficiency and reliability.

Officials report that the work is progressing well and remains on schedule.
Municipal spokesperson Katleho Seaga said the municipality appreciates the patience shown by residents during the service interruption.
“The work is progressing well and is expected to be completed as planned,” he said.
