Books, bargains and a good cause at Heidelberg SPCA market

The local society invites residents to enjoy a day of books, bargains and refreshments while supporting animals in need.

The Heidelberg SPCA will host a market on July 18 in celebration of Mandela Day.

Visitors can browse through a large selection of books for readers of all ages, while the SPCA’s Tails & Treasures Charity Shop will unveil a wonderful selection of never-before-seen pre-loved treasures.

The market will also offer boerewors rolls and refreshments for visitors to enjoy while browsing.

The event will take place from 08:30 to 13:30 at the Heidelberg SPCA, located at 1 Retief Street.

Community members are encouraged to attend with family and friends and support the cause, with proceeds from purchases contributing towards the care of animals in need.
