Lesedi Aerobics Movement brings women together for makoti challenge in Ratanda

Women from Ratanda and surrounding areas came together in August for an energetic fitness session as the Lesedi Aerobics Movement hosted its Makoti Challenge at the Ratanda Multi-Purpose Centre in celebration of Women’s Month.

The event brought together local women and residents for a morning of aerobics, exercise and entertainment, while highlighting the importance of healthy living and community participation.

Participants took on the Makoti Challenge with enthusiasm, filling the venue with energy as they followed the aerobics routines and encouraged one another throughout the session.

The gathering also provided an opportunity for women to connect, socialise, and celebrate their strength and contribution to the community during Women’s Month.
