NDLALA Mass Valuations Services had been appointed by the metro to undertake supplementary valuations of the current valuation roll of 2013-2017. These supplementary valuations will include new townships, newly completed buildings, subdivisions and consolidations.
The municipality appeals to residents to cooperate with the company representatives by granting them access to their properties.
For security reasons, residents are advised to always request for identification before granting them access into their property. As a form of identification, they will be carrying identity cards bearing the Ekurhuleni logo and will also reflect telephone numbers that can be contacted for confirmation.
They will also be wearing Ekurhuleni branded T-Shirts.
Their operating hours are from 8am to 5pm on weekdays.
