Parlotones singer suffers vocal cord damage: Carnival City concert postponed

The Parlotones will headline the Redefined concert, performing a rocking two-hour set

The Redefined concert with The Parlotones and electro duo, Locnville, at Carnival City on August 16 had been postponed until October 10.

The postponement is due to The Parlotones’ leader singer, Kahn Morbee, suffering vocal cord damage. He is scheduled for surgery on August 4, forcing the band to cancel all forthcoming performances, including the remainder of their national Unplugged Winter Tour, while he recovers.

The band would like to apologise to all the fans for the cancellations and hope to be back on stage in the foreseeable future. All purchased/booked tickets are fully refundable.

Those who have booked tickets to the Redefined concert at Carnival City can contact Computicket at www.computicket.com or 0861 915 8000 for either a refund or the same tickets can be used for the October concerts.
