Van Tonder (44) appeared at Kempton Magistrate's Court on Friday morning

JACQUES Van Tonder, the Bonaero Park man accused of murdering Louis Jansen van Rensburg in an apparent road rage incident, has been granted an extension on his bail until October 23.

Van Tonder (44) appeared at Kempton Magistrate’s Court on Friday morning. His last appearance was on July 24.

The SAA pilot allegedly shot and killed Van Rensburg on May 6 in Bonaero Park. Van Tonder’s two daughters were with him in the car on the day of the incident, apparently being driven to school by their father.
