Black tie fundraiser to be held

The HendryRose Event Company is hosting a fundraising event on October 3.
The event will be held at the Aviator Hotel in Kempton Park.
Mr Tebogo Bulane, the event organiser, said the themed black tie charity event aims to raise funds for the Bulamehlo orphanage.
“We want to raise school shoes and bursaries for disadvantage pupils in Tembisa and Ivory Park.”
“There will be a gala dinner where sponsors will donate R375 and get a three course meal,” said Mr Bulane.
He said a percentage of the event’s proceeds will go towards purchasing shoes for the orphanage and the balance will be for bursaries.
“Last year, we managed to raise 50 pairs of school shoes for Bulamehlo in Difateng, Tembisa. Our mission and vision is to invest more in education. We request more sponsors in this regard to assist us with donations of school shoes, bags, clothes or any institution that can offer bursaries as well,” he said.
