A man who allegedly killed his children by slitting their throats before stabbing their mother, has been found dead in Phomolong, Tembisa, Gauteng police said on Thursday.
According to the SA Police Service’s Twitter account, a man killed his five-year-old son and two-year-old daughter and stabbed and wounded their mother on Wednesday night.
