Two shot, killed in business robbery

Two men were shot and killed during a business robbery on July 15.

Captain Manyadza Ralizhivha said the SAPS was notified of a business robbery at Ivory Park Extension 6 where two men were found dead.

SAPS members also found five cartridges at the scene.

“On arrival, the landlady told police officers that she heard a noise outside and opened the window to check.

She saw three men breaking the door down with an axe.

Later she heard three gunshots. One 19-year-old man and one 20-year-old man from Zimbabwean were found lying in a pool of blood,” said Capt Ralizhivha.

The men both had gunshot wounds and both were certified dead at the scene.”
