Pole dance demo at Rotary club meeting
Pole dance is now regarded as a form of exercise

Edenvale resident Jenny Droppa will host a pole fitness demonstration at Edenvale Rotary Club’s meeting on Monday, September 12.
Pole dance is a form of performing art, historically associated with strip clubs and night clubs, which combines dance and acrobatics centered on a vertical pole. It requires significant strength, flexibility and endurance and involves athletic moves using the limbs to grip.
Pole dance is now regarded as a form of exercise which can be used as both an aerobic and anaerobic workout.
The meeting will start at 6.15pm for 6.h30pm at Mongo’s Portuguese Mozambican Restaurant, 2 Sunrock Close, Sunnyrock ext. 2, Edenvale
The cost is R65, including a set meal.
