Please donate to local NPO Famsa

Donations can be dropped off directly at their offices at 15 Pascoe Avenue

Famsa (Families South Africa) is in need of donations from the public.

The organisation requests any kind of donations the community can make, from children’s and adult clothes, toys, furniture, decorative ornaments, paintings and anything else you don’t use around the house anymore.

Famsa is a non-profitable organisation that helps families enhance positive relationships. They provide counselling, education and training for South African families who seek their help.

Famsa focuses on assisting in counselling in areas such as violence and trauma, HIV/Aids, abusive relationships, poverty and a general breakdown in relationships within families.

“We depend on donations, funding and sponsorship in order for our operational services to be successful,” the organisation explained.

Their expenses not only include providing needy families with clothes, food and shelter but also daily expenditure such as the water and electricity bills.

Monetary donations are also welcome.

Community members can drop off donations directly at their offices at 15 Pascoe Avenue, Kempton Park. Office hours are Monday to Thursdays, 8am until 4pm, and Fridays 8am to 3pm.
