More changes to sector elections
Community members are still encouraged to take part in the elections
MORE changes have been made to the upcoming sector committee elections, scheduled to begin on February 20.
Community members are encouraged to take part in the selections.
The elections will be divided into Kempton’s specific sectors and only residents from those suburbs are welcome to cast their votes.
The following changes have been made.
Sector 3 will now be hosted at the Aviator Hotel on Kempton Road, and no longer Laerskool Kempton Park as before.
Sector 4 will now have two election sessions on the same day.
The first one will be at noon at Weir Minerals, 31 Isando Road. The second session will be held at 6.30pm at Laerskool Kempton Park.
Sector 5 will also have two sessions, one at midday and the second one in the evening.
The first session will be at noon at the Kempton Park Golf Club, for the areas including Spartan, Festival Mall and Barnard Stadium.
The second session will be at 6.30pm at Laerskool Kempton Park, for the areas including Rhodesfield ext and the west of the railway line.
The information for the rest of the sectors remains the same.
