Norkem Park SAPS: Why you should call 10111

The second option is to use Norkem Park Police Station's number, or call the sector vehicles

EKURHULENI North Cluster Norkem Park SAPS has again stressed the importance of calling the emergency number, 10111, when in need of help.

Capt Lesibana Molokomme, Norkem Park SAPS spokesman, said at the end of the call the caller will be given a reference number.

“This number will help management to easily identify who received the said complaint and how long it took to attend to it.

“Getting a reference number from 10111 after reporting any complaint or crime is the best way for management to measure our service delivery to the community in our policing area,” Molokomme said.

Any complainant has the right to ask and to be given the name and surname of the member to whom he reported the complaint, he added.

The second option is to use Norkem Park Police Station’s number, 011-391-1814/5, or call the sector vehicles.
