THE next wheelie bin roll-out in Kempton Park will be in ward 16 from September 4-9.
The ward includes Kempton Park CBD, Kempton Park Ext 2-4, Allen Grove, Nimrod Park, Aston Manor and Glen Marais Ext 1-7.
Residents collecting their bins must have a copy of their ID document and municipal account available. Residents renting a property also need a copy of the owner’s ID.
Bins will be available at these venues:
September 4 and 5: Peter Park, corner of Peter and Commissioner streets, Kempton Park Ext 2.
September 4-5: Kempton Park Swimming Pool, corner Pienaar Street and Highveld Road.
September 6 and 7: park between Eland Street and Lechwe Road, Nimrod Park.
September 6 and 7: park on Wilgeboom Street, Allen Grove.
September 8 and 9: park on Oubos Street, Glen Marais.
September 8 and 9: park on Vaalboom Street.
Bins will be available from 11am until 6pm.
Pensioners and people with a disability must contact ward councillor Jaco Terblanche so he can make arrangements for bins to be delivered at their homes.
Bins for complexes will be delivered at the complexes.
The cost per bin is R150 a month. This fee will replace the current refuse removal fee.
