Health expo in Birchleigh on Sunday
Kempton Park Central SDA Church promotes healthy living.
The Birchleigh-based Kempton Park Central SDA Church will host a free health expo on Sunday.
The expo, aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle, will be held at the church situated at 60 Koedoe Avenue, in Birchleigh.
Among other things, people will be screened for physical fitness, body mass index (BMI), cholesterol, blood sugar and body hydration percentage.
“Health counselling and an anti-stress massage will also be available on the day,” said the event organiser, Siyabonga Kunene.
“The community is invited to attend the event, which will run from 9am to 4pm.
“We want people from Birchleigh and surrounding areas in Kempton Park to know about this and be encouraged to attend.”
