SPCA Christmas Cheer Fund kicks off this week
All contributions will be acknowledged in EXPRESS on a weekly basis
KEMPTON Express kicks off its annual Kempton Park SPCA Christmas Cheer Fund this week.
Kira Sparrow, manager of the society, said: “We are asking the public once again to please support our Christmas Cheer Fund. Last year the community contributed R56 959.05 and we are ever so grateful.”
The money raised this year will go towards a quarantine facility they would like to build at the branch.
All contributions will be acknowledged in EXPRESS on a weekly basis. The fund will close at the end of January 2018.
Anyone wishing to donate to the fund should call in at the SPCA on Fitter Road, Spartan, or donate directly into the SPCA’s account, using the reference CCfund.
State your name after CCfund if you want your donation to be acknowledged in your name, otherwise it will be acknowledged as being anonymous.
