WATCH: Car fanatics come out to play

OVER 60 petrol heads of Kempton Park went out to showcase their extraordinary machines at Tyrerack on Sunday in which they competed for best quality car sound system with high decibels.

Car fanatics also displayed their exquisitely customised toys in a category of Show and Shine.

Those who stood out were awarded first, second and third places in both categories.

Chief operation officer (COO) of the Tyrerack, Wayne Coetzee said the event was a way of promoting the brand and putting it on the map.

Coetzee said everyone was welcome to the event to display extraordinary features and accessories of their cars.

“Since the competition was started, the passion has been about motorcars. So, anything that has to do with motorcars is of interest to us,” Coetzee said.
