Two killed on Kempton’s roads on Saturday night
ER24 attended to both fatal accidents
Two people were killed on Kempton Park roads on Saturday night.
A man, believed to be 27 years old, was ejected and killed after the vehicle he was in, rolled on Electron Road.
ER24 was alerted by a local patrol vehicle who came across the scene. When ER24 arrived on the scene at 4am, the man was lying in the road, Ineke van Huyssteen of ER24 said.
Unfortunately there was nothing paramedics could do for the man and he was declared dead on the scene by ER24.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are not yet known.
Earlier on Saturday evening a pedestrian was killed on the R21 in Pomona.
ER24 paramedics found the dead man next to the road at 10pm.
