Female motorcyclist seriously injured in accident at Atlas Road
She had sustained a serious injury to her leg, leaving her in a serious condition
A 39-year-old woman was left seriously injured on Friday afternoon when her motorcycle crashed into the barriers off the N12 at the Atlas Road turn-off in Kempton Park.
Russel Meiring of ER24 said their paramedics, along with local authorities, arrived on the scene to find the woman lying on the embankment next to the ARMCO barriers.
“Paramedics assessed the woman and found she had sustained a serious injury to her leg, leaving her in a serious condition. She was treated for her injury and provided with pain-relief medication before she was transported to Arwyp for further treatment,” Meiring said.
