Top achiever at Curro boasts five distinctions

The 83 matric learners at Curro Serengeti achieved a 100 per cent pass rate in the IEB examinations.

The school’s top achiever was Zino Cilliers with five distinctions (English HL 80%, Afrikaans FAL 95%, life orientation 88%, business studies 80% and economics 80%).

Three learners obtained four distinctions.

Devin Jefferies: mathematics 87%, life orientation 82%, engineering graphics and design 88%, physical science 81%.

Alsje Lourens: Afrikaans FAL 92%, maths literacy 90%, life orientation 85%, engineering graphic and design 83%.

Lara Reid: English HL 80%, Afrikaans FAL 90%, maths literacy 89%, life orientation 85%.
