Pray for Gertjie as his leg is being amputated
Two fundraising events have been organised to raise money for his medical bills
The leg of young Wolwe rugby player Gert Roets (23) will be amputated this morning (Friday).
According to a post on the Facebook page, Help vir Gertjie, earlier today, second opinions had been obtained and it was decided to amputate his leg, as the tissue in his leg is not healing and it is affecting his kidneys.
People are asked to pray from him.
Gert was wounded in the early hours of Saturday morning while walking home.
