Free career expo for high school learners
The expo aims to feed students with valuable knowledge to make educated decisions

The High School Career Expo will the hosted at The Glen Shopping Centre in Roodepoort on May 25 and 26.
The exhibition is designed to provide both primary and middle school learners with opportunities and guidance for choosing a high school and selecting their subjects.
For the older teenagers in attendance, the expo is also designed to assist and equip them with the necessary tools to succeed in high school, tertiary education and beyond.
Prospective students will be able to meet with representatives from a wide range of universities, technikons, colleges and other tertiary institutions. They will also gain insight and career advice from leading field specialists to better understand the expectations and roles of their potential professions.
The expo aims to feed students with valuable knowledge to make educated decisions regarding their future through discussions and presentations. Students can also learn how to secure student loans and bursaries.
An exciting addition to the programme is that of inspirational, guidance and mentoring platform, Pride Factor, who will host talks and interactive programmes.
The event runs over two days from 9am until 7pm and is free to attend.
