Men to celebrate Father’s Day in Tembisa

Praise Mountain Bible Church observes Father's Day this June.

On Sunday, June 17, father figures will be celebrated worldwide for their enormous contributions to the well-being of children.

Praise Mountain Bible Church at Esiziba Section will be hosting an English breakfast to observe the good work many men are doing to bring up children.

The church communications officer, Simon Ntshayintshayi, said that according to many scriptures in the Bible, men are given the significant responsibility of being the head of the household.

“We at Praise Mountain Bible Church, therefore, saw it necessary to honour and acknowledge the firstborns of God’s creation, namely men.

Praise Mountain Bible Church is inviting all fathers, uncles, grandfathers in and around Tembisa, to attend the English breakfast in celebration of their special day,” said Ntshayintshayi.

He said the event will be on Father’s Day on June 17 from 7am to 9.45 am.

“The breakfast is FREE as a token to recognise the special gift of fatherhood.”

He said the keynote speaker is motivational speaker Simon K Zamisa under the theme Phadima Monna Phadima.

The address of the venue is 343/1 Hlahlandlela Street in Esiziba Section. Praise Mountain Bible Church is next to the Isiziba Primary School.
