Terenure residents to not miss out on two festive season events

Terenure residents can look forward to not one but two fun events this festive season.

On December 15 from 10am to 8pm, residents are invited to a day of joy and happiness at Christmas in the Park in Handel Street.

The day forms part of the community’s 16 Days of Activism for No Violence Against Women and Children and will include speakers who will address children about the importance of safety.

On December 24 from 6pm to 8pm, locals who stayed home for the holidays will be treated to Carols by Candlelight. Residents will be able to enjoy this event from the comfort of their own homes.

On the day, gifts will be delivered to children in the area, if their parents handed in the necessary form residents received.
