Atlas Combined School, in Ivory Park, hosted its matric farewell and award ceremony on November 29.
The event started at the school before learners headed to Emperors Palace, in Kempton Park, where they were treated to a buffet.

A motorist spotted this sign on the R25 (P91) heading into Terenure from Edenvale and posted it on social media. He said the sign had been mounted like that.

GRADE 1, 2 and 3 Solid Foundations Primary School pupils were given party packs, ice creams and had fun in the sun to celebrate the end of the year. The pre-primary pupils were treated to a fun day with a water slide.
