Tembisan fashion designers invited to showcase their talent

A call for artistic township-based fashion designers to register for the show.

Thato Mapaila, founder of Rendered Glamour, proves that Tembisa is home to many talented people.

Rendered Glamour aims at creating a platform for better engagement in the mainstream economy for those in the fashion industry.

Mapaila said Rendered Glamour has partnered with Lij Events Hub to offer township-based fashion designers a sustainable solution. Lij Events Hub is an events management company offering clients creative solutions in the area of events and business media. The partnership of these township giants aims to bring the biggest fashion show in Tembisa to put township-based designers on the spotlight.

“Rendered Glamour Fashion Show heightens that sense of style, creativity and sophistication while ensuring that township-based fashion designers get a fair opportunity to showcase their designs with style. Rendered Glamour invites artistic township-based fashion designers to register for a free showcase in the fashion show. Registration is scheduled to close on February 22, 2020,” said Mapaila.
