Tembisa Hospital looks for patients’ families

Tembisa Hospital asks the community for help in identifying patients.

Tembisa Hospital is requesting your assistance in finding the family members of the below-mentioned patients admitted in the hospital.

• Mandla Khumalo, 34-year-old man. The patient was admitted on January 8, 2020. The patient says he is from Mnambithi in KZN at Zakheni Section C3.

• Lucky, 38-year-old man. The patient was admitted on January 17, 2020 and was picked up by the police at R21.

• Unknown man, 40 years old. The patient was admitted on December 7, 2019.

Nothando Mdhluli, Tembisa Hospital communications manager, urged the community to contact social workers on 011 923 2137/38 during working hours for more information. “Your assistance will be highly appreciated,” said Mdhluli.

Mandla Khumalo was admitted on January 8, 2020. He says he is from Mnambithi in KZN at Zakheni Section C3.

 

Lucky was admitted on January 17, 2020.
