Public meeting about proposed area enclosure in Glen Marais
The meeting is hosted to alert residents about the planned area enclosure process
A public meeting about an area enclosure will take place on March 14 at the Old Apostolic Church at 17 Ilala Avenue in Glen Marais.
The meeting will start at 2pm.
The area concerned is Eastside Manor. The streets involved are Landskap, Sarel van der Walt, Witstinkhout, Witels, Tugela, Eike Place, Bonsai Place, 7th, Baldi and First.
Monique van Schalkwyk, one of the organisers, encourages residents to show up and speak out.
“The meeting is hosted to alert residents about the planned area enclosure process.
“The agenda includes finalising and report back of the intended security road closure, breakdown of cost structures and choosing street representatives to assist with the administration,” said Van Schalkwyk.
