120 positive Covid-19 cases reported in City of Ekurhuleni

Three deaths had been recorded in Gauteng.

On April 10, 120 positive cases of the coronavirus had been reported in the City of Ekurhuleni.

This is according to a statement issued by the Gauteng Department of Health on Saturday, April 11.

The number of recoveries in Gauteng were 157, with 86 people being hospitalised in both private and government hospitals. Ten were in the intensive unit.

Three deaths had been recorded in Gauteng.

The department gave the following breakdown of cases in Gauteng:

Johannesburg: 446

Tshwane: 90

West Rand: 12

Sedibeng: 6

Ekurhuleni: 120

Unallocated: 127

Total: 801
