Ivory lass aims for pageant title
She adds that this pageant is the kind of pageant that makes one feel like it is home because they take care of everyone.
Former Atlas Combined School learner Ntokozo Dube (17) is a finalist in the Miss and Mr Chantel 2020 beauty pageant where she is aiming for the number one spot.
She matriculated last year and she believes her passion for modelling was ignited at the school when she entered a modelling competition.
The former 2019 second princess of the same pageant says she re-entered because she has grown in confidence.
“I joined the same pageant again because this time I want to be crowned the queen of the pageant. Being a queen for me would mean a lot.
“It will enable me to open other doors and reach greater heights in my career. I want to reach out to young people and do charity work helping my surrounding communities and I also want to uplift young people,” says Ntokozo.

She adds that this pageant is the kind of pageant that makes one feel like it is home because they take care of everyone.
“The passion in me is being embraced and motivated. My next assignment would be to join Miss Influence SA pageant. Winning the pageant would enable me to be a step closer to Miss Teen SA.
“I would love to run community programmes that will benefit the community, dealing with drug abuse, bring career expos closer to people, help very young people to discover their potential and abilities so they can continue working towards perfecting that skill.
“Previously she was awarded netball and athletics certificates as she was an active participant in these sporting codes.
Ntokozo remains humble and dedicated to her dream. Your vote counts and if you would like to vote for her, simply visit her Facebook page.
