Ivory Park man stabbed to death by girlfriend
Brigadier David Mbongeni Ngcobo, station commander of the Ivory Park SAPS, expressed shock at the incident.
On September 7, a 24-year-old woman from Ext Two in Ivory Park was detained by detectives for allegedly stabbing her boyfriend to death.

“It has been reported the couple argued. The deceased allegedly assaulted her before she reached for a knife and stabbed him,” said Ivory Park SAPS communications officer Captain Ben Matimulane.
“She stabbed him in the abdomen and he later died at a nearby clinic,” said Matimulane.
He said the couple reportedly argued about allegations of cheating.
