Kempton law enforcers hold sector meeting

Discussions were had on problematic crimes affecting the area.

Members of law enforcement held a sector meeting at the Kempton Park Police Station on April 5.

According to Kempton SAPS corporate communications officer Sergeant Dipuo Ditshego, the meeting was attended by acting station commander Colonel Percy Selematsela, detective commander Colonel Lesetja Manewa, acting operation commander Captain Ramoshaba and Sergeant Ramodikwe, together with the CPF chairperson Gary Walker and Ward 16 Clr Jaco Terblanche.

“Discussions were had on problematic crimes affecting the sector, problematic areas and police visibility, strategies.

Councilor Jaco also gave feedback to the stakeholders and exco feedback back to the community,” said Ditshego.

“The community, together with the police, jointly committed themselves in making the sector a crime-free area by working together,” she said.
